For annual licenses we offer a 30-day Product Warranty, to remove any concerns and allow enough time for application accommodation/implementation.

In the case of 5-year licenses,, considering the transaction value and technical implications of such licenses, instead of the product warranty, at the customer's request, the application provider may prepare a 14-day TRIAL, at a special location for the customer, in exchange for a value of 200 euros plus VAT, refundable at the time of purchase (payment) of the 5-year license.
