Annex to the Terms: Trial and online subscription (version 2026-10-15.8)

This annex completes the Soft-Transport Licence Terms and Conditions (v06.03.2026) for subscriptions bought online on soft-transport.com. Where the annex differs from the Terms, the annex applies to these subscriptions. The Romanian version prevails.

P1. The trial. For the packages marked on the pricing page, a subscription bought online starts with a 3-day trial. Nothing is charged today: your bank checks the card and the card is saved for the subscription payments. The day and hour of the first payment are shown on the payment page and in the confirmation email. If preparing your account takes longer than 30 minutes, we move the first payment later so that you get 3 full days from the moment the account is ready. A trial is given only once for the same company (VAT/CUI), the same email address and the same card. The trial starts without extra options (HERE maps, extra accounts). From My Account you can add options or change the package also during the trial: nothing is charged then, and the first payment is made on the same date, for what you have chosen.

P2. Duration. The subscription is a contract of indefinite duration that lasts until you cancel it (art. 1,277 Romanian Civil Code). It is paid monthly or yearly, depending on the package chosen. For subscriptions bought online, this clause replaces the automatic extension in the "Duration of the agreement" section of the Terms.

P3. Payment. The first payment is charged automatically on the date and at the hour shown on the payment page and in the confirmation email (Romania time), unless you have cancelled before then. After that, payment is charged every month or year on the same day, until you cancel, to the card saved when the trial started or to the one you change in My Account. Your bank may send us updated card details. Prices are in euro; VAT is added as required by law (21% today). No invoice is issued for the €0 trial; a tax invoice is issued for every payment.

P4. Cancelling. You can cancel any time, online, in one click: from the link in our emails or from My Account > Subscription > Cancel. You do not need to call or write to us. We confirm the cancellation by email right away. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged and access stays at least until the end of the trial. If you cancel after a payment, nothing more is charged from then on and access stays until the end of the paid period.

P5. Refunds. On the monthly plan we do not refund a month that has started. On the yearly plan the 30-day Product Guarantee from the Terms applies (section "Product guarantee").

P6. Non-payment. If a payment fails, we email you a payment link right away, valid for at least 7 days. If the amount is not paid within 3 days of its due date, we may suspend access to the program until payment; once paid, access resumes. If payment is still not made after that, the subscription ends.

P7. Limitation of liability. The program is provided "as is", with the support described in the Terms. The liability of EULOAD S.R.L. for any damage related to the subscription is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage and does not cover indirect damage (for example lost profit or lost customers). This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence (art. 1,355 Romanian Civil Code).

P8. Law and courts. The contract is governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any dispute amicably; if we cannot, the courts of Oradea have jurisdiction.

P9. Your data. The data you enter in the program is yours. We do not delete it automatically when the trial or the subscription ends; if you come back, you continue where you left off. On request, write to us and we send you a copy of the data or delete it permanently. The trial is provided for testing and evaluation for a limited period; during it, the switching obligations of Chapter VI of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act) do not apply (art. 31).

P10. Changes. We announce any change of price or of these terms by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.
