The new version brings AI-assisted order entry, connections to three telematics systems, the driver app for iPhone and a dashboard for the manager.

The order fills itself in from the customer's document, and the manager sees the company's situation on a single page.
Upload the order you received from the customer as a PDF or an image, or paste its text. The software fills in, on screen, the customer, the loading and unloading points with their dates and times, the order reference, the price and the contact persons. At the end, check the fields carefully and save.
The status of the fleet, orders and activity, on one page, with charts and lists: some panels show the real-time status, others a chosen period. You choose the panels, move them by dragging and, with a click on a chart or on a line, you reach the details.
Three new telematics systems bring the positions and odometer readings of the trucks into the software, and drivers with an iPhone get their own app.
Truck positions appear in real time on the map on the Telematics page, and the odometer reading is read directly; with Eurowag, the one from the history as well.
The native iPhone app is available in the App Store. It is made for drivers, just like the Android app.
You receive the login details for the telematics system from the provider and enter them in the Administration account.

Partner check with ANAF (the Romanian tax authority), with auto-fill
From the tax ID, the software fetches the name, address, county and town from the ANAF register, plus VAT-payer status. For companies that are struck off or inactive, a warning appears on the record.
e-Transport General: several UIT codes (e-Transport reference numbers) changed at once
The date and the registration numbers of the truck and trailer. Rows not sent to ANAF stay red; the software uses ANAF's e-Transport version 2.

Odometer readings filled in from telematics, in the driver app
At “I have arrived”, “I have left”, handover or refuelling. If the driver enters the value manually, it is no longer overwritten.
The Easy AI assistant, on every page
It answers in Romanian or English, based on the software manual. Problems it cannot solve, it sends to the Soft-Transport team.

Each country's time zone, with summer and winter time
Times on orders, in telematics reports and in expiry alerts now show correctly.
Stock Report: products with 0 stock can be set to Inactive
An inactive product no longer appears in the selection lists for purchases and in filters.
Order: the “Home” icon when entering points
It fills in the country and town of your own company (the garage).
Invoices and Receipts Report: the Order Code column
It also appears in the Excel export, with a search filter by order code.

Useful when you have several companies in a group: new filters by Department and by Owner.
Purchases and Payments Report: subtotals when printing
On the Unpaid column, at every change of the column you sort by. This way you print the supplier payment schedule by several criteria.
e-Factura General: credit notes (type 381)
The software also recognises invoices received from third parties with type 381, credit notes (self-invoice).
