What each person in the company gets

A new feature used by several roles appears under each of them.

Dispatcher

Orders arrive already prepared, and the documents are filled in from the order.

Batch order import

Upload all the orders you have received at once (PDF, images or Excel). The software prepares one order for each, with the original document next to the form, so you can check each field at a glance.

Orders received by email

Orders sent by email or as a file arrive as drafts in a single list. The dispatcher confirms them, moves them to a colleague or rejects them.

CMR form from the order

The RO model (boxes 1–24) is filled in from the order, in Romanian, English or German. You edit it, save it in versions and print it for the driver.

Pallet and packaging exchange

Record the pallets and packaging received or handed over at each point of the order. Drivers can also do this from the app.

Invoicing and accounting

Invoices go out straight from the software: to SmartBill, to the accountant, to the customer.

For companies that keep their invoicing in SmartBill (Romanian invoicing software): the invoice is issued directly in the SmartBill account, gets the SmartBill fiscal number, and the PDF opens at once.

The accountant receives a package with the issued invoices and their customers and imports it straight into SAGA, with no retyping.

The driver is guided by GPS along the HERE route that the dispatcher saved on the order.

They see their order on their own and get their invoice statement in a single email.

Tracking link

The customer receives a link where they can see the order status themselves, without an account and without phone calls. They can pass it on to their own customers, without any sensitive information being visible.

The company licence has its own page, and the update happens by itself.

Subscription Settings

The Administration account has a new page, dedicated to the company’s licence and subscription. The guide shows until when the licence is valid and how to sign in to the company account.

The update happens by itself

The database, the new settings and the menus are brought up to date by themselves, with no files run by hand. New pages appear in the menu and nothing that already exists is moved. If the file update fails, the software goes back by itself to the previous version.

e-Factura also accepted for customers without RO before the tax ID (CUI)
The invoice is generated as for a customer that is not a VAT payer, so the reasons why ANAF (the Romanian tax authority) used to reject it disappear.

They no longer appear in searches, but they stay on old orders.

A tick box in the table header, so you can send them in one batch.
